Description:
Seeking experienced DON or ADON for Director role at 140+ bed facility. Looking for Nurse with strong work ethic and knowledge of regulations, able to monitor and manage staff at all levels, work closely with Administrator & Mgt. staff to ensure clinical needs adn well-being standards of all patients are consistantly met.
Must have 5+ years in SNF Mgt role., strong solid work history, excellent work references. Excellent Oppty. Great salary, full benefits.
