Description:
Excellent Oppty for exp. Psych RNs to work as apart of collaborative Human Service Professional team within the community assisting Adults with Psychiatric Disabilities live full, independant lives.
Responsibilities include meeting with clinical team to assess and monitor and improve lives on an on-going basis, Nurse role included medical assessments, treatments ( with MDs), Take Clients to Medical and other appts. on an as needed basis, inclusive team oriented discussions/meetings to ensure successful on-going individualized treatment plans.
Must have: MA Lic. RN with Psych exp, willing to use own transportation to take clients to appts, strong medical assessment skills, desire to advocate on behalf of indivuals with disabilities. Team oriented. Great Oppty - Salary $60-65 annually depending on exp, Great Full Benefit package.
